Estate Agency/Property Management
Here, our primary objective is to maximize income, minimize expenses and safeguard/enhance the value of our client’s property. In pursuance of this goal, our overall property management service includes the collection of rentals and other monies due; undertaking rental negotiations on rent review or lease renewal; reletting vacant premises; undertaking inspections on a regular basis; supervising caretakers; cleaners and security staff and overseeing maintenance agreements for chattels and landed property. We also offer a full range of letting services for commercial, industrial and residential property, whether or not the letting of the premises is within the firm's management portfolio. Our services include the marketing of property, rental negotiations, drawing up of lease agreements, client vetting and all issues relating to real estate. We are proud to say that we work very well with International Organisations, Embassies, Corporate Organisations, Banks and from time to time also assist individual clients.
TRAINING AND RESEARCH
We believe that generally, nobody prospers beyond their level of personal development. Professionals at every level need constant renewal. We believe in learning and re-learning. Cab Millennium (Pty) Ltd T/A La Vista property Consultants is a strong proponent of the information age doctrine. We provide training and research in property related areas as well as on-the-job guidance. Cab Millennium (Pty) Ltd T/A La Vista Property Consultants has pledged to continue training and mentoring all students from Ba-Isago University and the University of Botswana. Every year they will commit to take up two – three internships.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY
Cab Millennium (Pty) Ltd T/A La Vista Property Consultants also specializes in assisting and guiding through clients who intend to build their dream homes especially first time property owners. This includes state of the art design with associated qualified architectural studios, project management and quantity survey services. We look into the use of alternative technologies like the ancient and revived Rammed Earth building practice. Cab Millennium (Pty) Ltd T/A La Vista Property Consultants does not offer property development of properties.

Cab Millennium Pty Ltd in conjunction with other Valuation partners, offers valuation services with respect to property, land/buildings, Valuations are undertaken for various purposes among them; mortgage, sale, probate, taxation, acquisitions and mergers and insurance.
